As part of National Tree Week, Ballyhaunis Community Council invited down some 5th class children to partake in a tree-planting ceremony on the Friary grounds.  We would like to extend our gratitude to Mark Godfrey, Kay Curley and to Margie Phillips for having us and letting us plant some Turkey Oaks and Elder trees. We look forward to watching them grow.
